Jeff McMillen, Founder

Jeff McMillen founded integriTree August 2019 out of his love for God, trees and people. From an early age Jeff was surrounded with a family of small business owners who worked hard and brought value to their families and communities. With an appreciation for the outdoors, Jeff began his journey in arboriculture in 2015 where he learned about the importance of trees and how to properly care for them. During this time he became a crew leader, safety coordinator, certified arborist, and sales representative. Though the work was hard and intimidating, he developed the skills needed to follow a dream he had for a long time, to start a business with a focus on bringing real value to people. Though trees are a big part of his passion, helping people is what he lives for. One of Jeff’s favorite quotes says, “Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, At all the times you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can” (John Wesley).
